DEPLOYMENT A parking enforcer activates the Barnacle, inputs vehicle information, and places the Barnacle on the vehicle windshield.  Commercial-grade suction cups latch onto the glass with 1,000 pounds of force, making forcible removal next to impossible.  #### 2.
